ITS says "Thanks"

Thanks to all those who took the time to send us some terrific feedback on our first Stay Connected e-zine. We hope you enjoy this second edition as much, if not more.

Part of the function of this e-zine is to encourage the wider Swinburne community to let us know not only what we are getting right with our infrastructure, services and systems but also where we may be falling down.

In light of this we have incorporated a page into our newsletter titled "Have your Say!" and that's exactly what we want you to do... have your say about your IT experiences at Swinburne, what we do well, what we may not do quite so well, or any other IT related matter that you would like addressed.

This feedback won't fall on deaf ears, we want to know what you think so please Have Your Say!
