ITS Client Services comprises four teams:
Service Desk acts as the single point of contact for all staff and students and maintains a centralised call registration system which logs all problems associated with hardware, software, networks, communications, email, telephone and Voice Mail.
Campus/Faculty Support has a dual focus. The student support team provides access to personal computers, printers and scanners in Swinburne's open access laboratories and classrooms. The staff support team maintains and supports the staff desktop machines which form part of the Standard Operating Enviroment.
Switchboard acts as the primary customer interface for Swinburne and maintains the Swinburne Internal Telephone Directory on the intranet.
IT Standards works with key stakeholders across the University and is managed, developed and implemented through the ITS Client Services area
