ISDG Reporting Structure
The ISDG reports to the Small Works Sub Group (SWSG), which is a standing sub-group of the Information Technology Governance Committee and the Executive Group. This relationship is illustrated in the diagram below and is then expanded on with an explanation of each of these groups.

Executive Group (EG)
The Executive Group (EG) is a standing committee of Chancellery and is serviced by the University Secretariat. This group is advised by the Intersectoral Advisory Committee which is a standing committee of Executive Group and is constituted to advise and assist Executive Group on strategic and resource matters pertaining to intersectoral educational policy and procedures for the University. The Intersectoral Advisory Committee also has a significant secondary reporting relationship to the Board of Technical Studies and the Academic Board. In this context the Executive Group have established the IT Governance Group to provide advice on the governance of the University's information technology systems.
IT Governance Committee (ITGC)
This is a standing group established by Executive Group
IT Governance Committee (ITGC) has been established to provide advice to the University s Executive Group on the development of the University s information technology systems including infrastructure, services and applications. The ITGC has established a Small Works Sub Group to oversee the delivery of small IT solutions within the University on behalf of the ITGC.
Small Works Sub Group (SWSG)
Small Works Sub Group (SWSG) is a standing group established by the IT Governance Committee (ITGC) to manage the prioritisation and monitor the development of Small Works, where Small Works are changes or enhancements to existing systems that are maintained or supported by ITS, and where the total cost of ownership over 3 years, including implementation, is below $110,000.
Student Administration Process Stewards Group (SAPSG)
Student Administration Process Stewards Group (SAPSG) was formed by the Executive Group and is responsible for the management of Student Administration Processes. The Manager of Central Student Operations, Ross Buchan, represents the SAPSG on the Small Works Sub-Group.
Information Systems Development Group (ISDG)
Information Systems Development Group (ISDG) is the development group responsible for the planning and delivery of small works, i.e. groups of minor system enhancements bundled into Major Products.
