Student Administration Process Stewards Group
The Student Administration Process Stewards have ownership, responsibility and accountability for an agreed component of the student administration process. This includes managing process documentation, Interfaces and boundaries between processes and process/system improvements.
The purpose of the Student Administration Process Stewards Group is to:
- Share learning across Process Stewards
- Resolve process related issues
- Prioritise process improvement initiatives
Given this, the Process Stewards review all Work Request related to their process area, propose an Overall Impact Rating and champion the Work Request at the Small Works Sub-Group.
