Small Works Sub Group (SWSG)
This is a standing group established by the IT Governance Committee (ITGC).
The Small Works Sub Group (SWSG) has been established to prioritise and monitor the delivery of Small Works that address Work Requests (WRs), on behalf of ITGC. In this context, Small Works are changes or enhancements to existing systems that are maintained or supported by ITS, where the total cost of ownership over 3 years, including implementation, is below $110,000. All other IT change proposals are classified as "projects"; and are outside the scope of the SWSG.
The Small Work Sub-Group's Terms of Reference were ratified by the IT Governance Committee (ITGC) on 12 June 2008.

In order to have a Work Request prioritised at a coming meeting, the Work Request must be completed and submitted by a SWSG Member to the SWSG secretary Rabeena Prasad (rprasad@swin.edu.au) at least one week prior to the meeting.
