Tracking a Work Request
ISDG provide reports that are designed to help you track the progress of Work Requests, Major Products and current ISDG planning and delivery activities.
The Work Request List contains Work Requests that have been registered with the Small Works Sub Group (SWSG) but have not been prioritised and have not yet been associated with a Major Product.
The Major Product List contains all Incomplete Major Products that have been registered and prioritised with the Small Works Sub Group (SWSG) and have been assigned a Major Product ID.
The ISDG Progress Report summarises the progress of Major Products and identifies blocker and critical issues that are currently open and being addressed by ISDG.
To help you get the most out of the ISDG Progress Report, below is a description of each of the sections:
- Cover Page: identifies the period covered by the report that includes the Period Start, Period Finish and Report Dates.
- Products Delivery: lists the new Major Product(s) that have been added to the schedule and any Major Product(s) that have been delivered.
- Schedule Overview: reports the overall team progress and Major Products grouped by stage and sorted on the number of days ahead or behind schedule, with those most behind schedule at the top.
- Schedule Gantt Chart: provides a Gantt chart view of the ISDG Schedule.
- Issues Page: Lists the major issues that are currently open and being addressed by ISDG.
- APPENDIX A: provides a legend for the ISDG Schedule.
