Compliance
A compliance signature is required when ordering certain types of hardware. This is to ensure that the hardware being ordered will operate within your existing environment. If you are ordering an item listed below, the compliance section listed under Section 7 of the P3 - IT Requisiton Form will need to be signed by a Compliance Officer before coming to Procurement..
The following hardware requires a compliance signature:
- Printers
- Scanners
- Any Internal Components
- Hard Disk Drives
- Memory Modules (RAM)
- Video Cards
- etc
