Online Survey Management Project

The aim of the Online Survey Management Project is to build architecture that will bring Swinburne's survey and feedback activities online, thus supporting Strategic Planning and Quality in their mandate to deliver better integrated reporting and stakeholder feedback.

Specific deliverables for the project are:-

• Online Student Feedback on Subjects
• Online Swinburne Experience Questionnaire
• Online Student Feedback on Teaching

To achieve the above deliverables the project will be working on integrating online feedback and survey forms with a variety of delivery mechanisms, including the student portal. In addition, the project will also be constructing a consolidated data repository so that long-term feedback data can be accumulated and mined using business intelligence tools.
