Printing

Documents not printing

  • Try turning the power to your printer off
  • Wait 10 seconds
  • Turn printer back on and wait to initialise
  • If the job still will not print, please call the ITS Service Desk.

“Error writing to LPT1 (or LPT2)” when trying to print

  • Occasionally your PC may lose connection to the printer. If this happens, try logging out of your PC and back in. This will often restore printing.
