"Non-system disk" error
- This may mean that there is a disk in your floppy disk drive or CD/DVD drive.
- Please eject any disks, USB, CD or DVD and try again.
Blank screen with only a white mouse pointer on screen
- Turn computer off by holding power button in until power turns off. Do not turn monitor off.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds
- Turn on your computer again
